Sorry I didn't read this sooner.

There's a budget haul-out facility not that far from Hastings at Cannons Creek called "Sea Haven."

The guy there specializes in balsa repairs and he's always got quite a few cats on-site, usually 5-10 all year round. If you aren't in a rush to get the re-rig etc done and don't want to pay a fortune for your vessel to be sitting on the stand, I recommend this place. I've seen a 48 footer there in my travels so it's certainly capable of the bigger vessels.
