I don't know exactly what they are called. CYS Marine in Lefkas fround them in the UK and ordered me 4. I'll pick them up in a few weeks and can post the info then. I do know they are going to cost me 80 euro each including shipping and VAT.

Thanks. My number on ideal modification would be to install a hydralic passeralle that doubled as a dingy crane. Then I would put a solid platform on the stern like Voyage and St. Francis cats have to set the dingy on.

Mine was made from a motorcycle ramp and is not very stable. Plus, I can't figure out how to suspend it off the quay. Bow in I could use my spin halyard but it would be off center. Stern too, no easy options.

I dream of having a hydraulic passerelle one day.............
In the mean time, we use the spinny halyard to support the passerelle, and also connect a line from the side stay to keep the lifting force along the passerelle centreline. (See photos)

Had/having a lot of trouble loading pictures for some reason

A remote mounted controller as well as a wireless key style so you can have security with the passerole up and you are sitting 3.6metres from quay....

Pictures show the unit sucked in and level, then in and up.

The others are full extended ie 3.60met.

Small power pack in engine room.

Burls, that is an interesting way of handling the spreader. For some reason I wasn't thinking about tying off that way. Certainly doable for me so hopefully it will work.

No idea, it was on the boat when we bought it, Google Bioinox and check for the size you need.
