Maxim Yachts out of business?

I have been trying to contact Maxim with no luck. I cave a 2000 Voyage 38. I need to do some interior repair and I am trying to find out what the rubbery coating on bulkheads is. Does anyone know? Does anybody know where to find construction info.

You might be able to get the information from Voyage Yachts as the Voyage/Maxim 38's were built under the direction of Voyage and I believe from what I have seen they used the same products in each.

The rubbery coating is called rippple paint and is made by chem spec in south africa the cost is around 240 euro per gallon.
If you need it I can probably get it for you. you apply it with a sponge dippping the surface.
Maxim yachts has stopped production because their lease ran out and they could not find a suitable replacement
Greetings
