He is based in St Maartin but is happy to fly over to Marinique.

I purchased my cat in April and used Chirs Kessell. I was in Martinique and sailed to St. Lucia, where he is located. Great guy, great price, and very detailed survey. I agree Chris Kessell is a good surveyor. I used him a number of times when I was running a charter operation down there.
