Manta/Lagoon owners want to trade?

Our house is a solid ceder Lyndel on the Siletz river about 15 min. to beautiful Newport, OR.It has 3 acres ,5 stall horse barn ,two car garage,hot tub,skylights,stone herth, and a farm truck.The real estate market here is going crazy!Our house would sell for 450k as is.We owe 170k on it.If some one sat on it for a couple years I know with minor improvements it would sell for 550k.In fact thats what I should do but we are tired of waiting and want to leave tomorrow.Our plan is to sell next spring for 500k.Just thought I would ask
