I've sailed both Helia extensively and I cannot see how she can make 12 kts in flat water unless you have a 2-3 kts of current behind. She sails
up to max 9, 9,5 kts in flat water close hauled in strong winds (>20 kts true). I did occasionally 10 + in very strong winds (25-30 kts of true) sailing downwind with jib
and main. Under spineaker (150 sqm) and 25 kts of true, we did sustained 10-10,5 kts at around 120-130 AWA. In light winds (10-11 kts of true) the max you can make is 5-7 kts , if the water is flat.
We had a Leopard 44 for refit
and and sailed her couple of times not more. She was faster than I thought but seemed to be slightly slower than Helia.
The rest, galley
, furniture, front door, etc is a matter of taste. I personally like better the Helia.
