Lagoon 380 rudder bearings

I am planning to replace the upper and lower rudder bearings on my Lagoon 380 and would like some advice on what diameter the lower bearing is. I will be having new bearings machined out of Delrin or similar and welcome any suggestions from other 380 owners as how to best go about this procedure. Many thanks. FC
