Jaguar 36

Hi guys, i am a builder from cape town south Africa, and i have just put in a succesfull offer to purchase the mould set for the jaguar 36 catamaran moulds. i have read quite a bit on them and the previous owners,I would like to ask other members who have knowledge of this boat whether the design of this boat is still suitable for the market, i do realise the previous builder who ever he was,some people had some issues with. i am new owner and have some idea changes that i will implement.
i value everyones idea's.

Before you even look at the boat check and see the quality of the moulds. If they have been left outside or been allowed to get out of shape you are starting with a real problem. I saw one of the last builds that the owner rescued from the original builder and the deck/ hull match was terrible. The problem you are likely to face is that the cost of the boat in terms of build will be no different or even more expensive than a well tooled more modern catamaran which has many internal modules that are moulded. The only saving will be with the cost of the mould.
