Interested in partnering on multihull cruising purchase

Ok, first of all I don't have all the kinks worked out so this is a "work in progress" in terms of concept with lots of holes in it.

Here is my basic concept.

I want a cruising boat (Lagoon, FP, or Leopard) in about 3 to 5 years from now.

YOU want a cruising boat right away

WE enter into a partnership that allows us to pool resources in the purchase of such a boat. You sail it for the next 3-5 years, then I take possession of it.
