I agree with that!

In Zeehag's defence we looked at 2 Formoas's beautiful ketch's but I kept bumping my head everywhere. My wife didn't like the idea of keeping up with the teak, and on the river a full keel would have got us into trouble in the shallows, so we picked our little catamaran with interior teak ( little work ) and flip up rudders to give us 18 inches of depth clearence. We kept looking at monohulls but every time a Gemini 105Mc came into an anchorage we were in in the San Juan Islands both of us would start smiling and the advantage of 3 staterooms and lots of storage won out plus I grew up sailing Hobie cat's from 1962. We had a trailorble monohull for 4 years pryor to buying our catamaran.
