I have been on the exact boat you want its a Prout 63 floating and sailable condo exotic wood interior and a larger kitchen than my home

Actually, the boat that he posted is a Prout 50 (49') named "Inspiration" (pre photoshop). Currently hanging out in Ft. Lauderdale. Asking $269,000.

We're now looking at a 65 footer that's 30 feet wide.......

my 42 solaris i bought for the same reason , an apartment with an ocean view in panama sells for more than 3 times what i have in my cat .. she is for sale listed here in the cruisers forum ,, i have a 360 degree view ,, we are taking her out tomorrow to do some trolling last time out we had 20 or so spanish mackeral
