How to Design of a Sailing Cat?

Is there anyone who have design a Sailing Catamaran?
I there, can you share with us how to design it.
Such as How to calculate for intact stability that according to IMO Regulation, Weight calculation, and Sail configuration.

I hope you didn't meant to share it.
