Help identifying this trimaran

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can tell me what kind of trimaran this is. A friend of mine thinks it's probably around a 70's model. Its wood with a coating on it. The closest thing I can find to it seems like a Triune or a Hortzman. Thank you for help!

Yup.

This one's a bit scruffy, but they're good boats.

Re: Help identifying this trimaran

Thanks a bunch guys! I believe your right after looking at these cross boats. The only weird thing after researching them is that the length of this one is 30ft with a beam of 18.5. All the cross models i found online had different dimensions. I dont know a lot about boats so i dont know if this means anything.

Thanks again!

Re: Help identifying this trimaran

A lot of the early boats were modified in various ways by the builder. My Piver AA31 had dimensions similar to this boat, but the cabin was different. One clue would be the mast. Cross designed boats without spreaders. Then again, a lot of builders did it their own way.

Cheers,

Re: Help identifying this trimaran

I was gonna say, it's a Cross 30 not a 34/36...

Lord knows how many trips up and down PCH I've done over the years looking for/at that exact boat model hahaha.

That one looks to be professionally built too, no home build there.

does it have the cross keel?
