Depending on the underside of your bridge deck, you may be able to be hauled on the hydraulic trailer at Chesapeake Yachts, located where the Dismal Swamp route and the Albemarle & Chesapeake canals diverge. Trailer is only 8 ft wide, if that gives your boat enough support.

Georgetown (MD) Yacht Basin has a large enough travelift.

Mine was the last boat splashed at Ocean Marine (Portsmouth VA) (using their synchro-lift) before they closed their doors two weeks ago. I was a bit worried. They could handle up to 40 ft beam, so I hope someone gets them going again.

That's all I'm aware of in this area, other than some railways.

Better read reviews on Georgetown yacht basin carefully. They seem to have a great number of lawsuits or disgruntled customers ranging from over billing , late delivery’s, shoddy work, substituting materials specified, and not paying subcontractors
