Haul Out in South Florida

Hi everyone,

I have a 61ft catamaran in need of a haul out in South Florida. We have a 31ft beam, 6ft draft, and 86ft masthead clearance.

I've talked to LMC and they said they don't recommend any vessel with over 80ft overhead clearance. I know Rybovich in West Palm Beach can accommodate us but I'm looking for other options.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

My mast is 82' off the water and I was in West Palm last summer and used Cracker Boy to haul my boat out. If you are South of WPB, you could try Harbortown in Dania, Fl.

Cracker boy can't handle a 31' beam.

Harbourtown, where we take our cat to Just Catamarans doesn't handle a 31 foot beam. I think you're going to have to go to a super yacht facility. Up Dania cutoff you have Derecktor. https://www.derecktor.com/derecktor-florida/

You might inquire of Annie's in the Ft. Myers area they have a railway. Not sure on your beam?

Depending on your draft you might try bitching at peanut island. I Beach and painted by 43 foot voyage there was no problem at all. High and dry at low tide. Motor that are high tide. Free

Thanks for the input everyone. I've expanded the search to The Bahamas because FLL is just too expensive. Looks like we're going to Bradford Marine in Freeport.
