Gemini 105MC or older 105M

My wife and I are in the process of deciding which Gemini catamaran to buy. We are looking at a nice 2001 M but not sure if the newer MC might be the better cruising boat. We plan on sailing the Caribbean and eventually make our way to my wife's home in Trinidad. Does anyone know where I could go to find out the differences between the older model and the newer one?
