Fort Lauderdale Cat Sail?

I'm going to be heading to Fort Lauderdale for a quick weekend at the end of July, and I'd really like to go for a sail on a catamaran. Does anyone know of anyone (or company) that I could book a sailing on? I'm interested in a 2 to 4 hour sail... I would rather it be private.. rather than one of those big group sails on the modified "open" cats. I want something more like a production cat in the 40-45 foot range.. (lagoon... FP... etc)

I'm looking to observe.. ask question... maybe even help crew a bit. I'm trying to get some more experience on Cats. Right now my main sailing experience is on Monohulls.

any suggestions?

It's a bit sketchy, but people advertise for crew on Craigslist. You might search that if you're comfortable with it. I crewed on a Tri for a few trips as a younger man when I was considering them (and ruled them out thanks to the experience).
