Lightbulb Experience with Boat Syndication / Joint Ownership ?

I would rather not sell my 1999 Seawind 1000 (1999 Seawind 1000 - and am wondering if anyone has had experience setting up a syndication for joint ownership? Seawind Catamarans sets them up routinely in Australia and they are quite successful. I'm thinking of leaving her in Key Largo with a great fetch to the Bahamas or the rest of the Keys and, maybe soon, Cuba. Or, I could leave her at a slip I own at Sunset Harbour Yacht Club, Miami Beach. Thinking of 1/6th ownership with 2 months a year or 1/7th ownership with one month each between Dec-June and 3 weeks each in the off season with swapping days and weeks possible. Any suggestions about how to structure a syndication?
