Dean 365 or Snowgoose for circumnavigation

Im trying to figure out the best option between a Prout 37 pre elite, Post elite , and a Dean 365. I like the Dean. is there any reason I shouldn't. Im more concerned with safety than speed.
Thanks!

Re: Dean 365 or Snowgoose for circumnavigation

The Deans had very variable build quality , are way too heavy (I mean a bath tub on a boat?) and have almost no bridge deck clearance so slam even worse than an Elite. If you get one of the well built ones that are quite strong but the Prout's are very well proven and hundreds have circumnavigated
