Custom Built 45' Cat - West Coast

A potentially interesting project boat I noticed whilst cruising Craigslist:

Unfortunately I have no idea what design it is. The bow design looks to have been borrowed from a Gunboat, the salon looks to be a copy of an Outremer, and the sugar scoops look to have copied a Shuttleworth design; which leads me to believe it's a custom one off boat. She looks to be well constructed and $50,000 w/ engines and interior seems quite the bargain for a 45 ft'r.
