Dave,

Very charming list! What a great experience. Yea to the ice cream thing... I was dreaming of milk shakes!

Fair winds and following seas.

Dave:
Great article, just like your website. It was a pleasure to read. I stumbled on your website couple months ago. I personally blame you and your family for making me totally obsessed with sailing and the cruising lifestyle. I really like your philosophy on life, I read all your website in matter of two days.

My father bought a Cal 35 last year (his life long dream to own a sailboat) We had to sail it from Annapolis to New York. We did it in stages over several weekends but the last stage from Delaware Bay to New York we did it in one shot 40 hours non stop. Sailing at night, first time ever, was totally unreal. I'm totally hooked now, thanks a lot.
I'm now planning my own cruising and circumnavigation dreams in about 4 or 5 years after I get my own boat. I'm still debating whether or not to buy your DVD or continue saving like crazy for the cruising kitty. But most likely I'll be buying it soon.

Thanks again
Adam
