try Jesse at Bay Marine Survey, he looked over Sea Raven, an early built CSK that I bought in San Francisco a few years ago. He also followed up with the insurance surveys once I had rebuilt her.

I'm not sure if this one was mentioned here before. It's not necessarily cheap or a project but it does look well kept in the photos.

I like the concept, but just make it a little bigger and more for live-aboards... It needs a net in the front too. I would do it a little different in terms of propulsion though.
