And then there would be engines, running rigging, wiring.............maybe.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects

I have been on several of these and while I don't have the exact height measurements, I can assure you that at least the hulls have 6.5- 7' of head room.

We have friends with one who wanted to buy a Manta, but there was not enough head room in the saloon for him. These definitely have more headroom in the saloon than our Manta.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects

I just have to say that I've been biting my virtual tongue NOT posting a URL that states something like:

Lagoon 500 for $120k!

but then just RickRolls you.

The old-timers here should get RR'd once in their lives.

But I'm not going to do it, at least not here.

There, I feel better. Now I don't have to do it ... kinda like exercise.

Thanks.

I can do OK on a Manta. I have been on them at shows.

Now, what is a good price for this old boat? Original engines it seems.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects

slight drift

Anyway I came across an old ad for it but don’t know when it went up, when it sold, or for how much. It was named SECOND WIND. YachtWorld.com Boats and Yachts for Sale

Now it is AHYOKA offered for slightly more. 1994 Lagoon TPI 37 Sail Boat For Sale - www.yachtworld.com

Anybody know about this boat? The owners?

Yes, I emailed the broker.

The broker does not want tire kickers. I understand that since I won't be in the market till at least the end of May next year.

How can I get on a Lagoon TPI 37 to see if it is one to keep on the "possible" list or not?

Please let us know who the broker is. I don't want to deal with a broker that doesn't want to deal with tire kickers. Sometimes tire kickers actually turn out being boat buyers.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects

Today the broker (from the original posted ad) said he is swamped right now and can show it to me in October some time.

I can wait for the 29th (my first available) I guess. I just had this Sat free and wanted my needs met NOW!
