I can't help myself to make a comparison. I imagine this is what Hot Rod had in his minds eye, but his execution was lacking. Hot Rod where are you? This aluminum craft however, wow. What a work of art, (not just luv). Opps I see that motgon got there before me as I was two digit typing . Flyin Hawaiian, yup

That does look great. Heck, don't even bother finishing it. Slap a tin roof on that sucker in a day and get going!

Hedley Nicol 37' Vagabond MKII
$6,000 in San Diego.
Kind of weird...the cabin top doesn't look to plan.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
Piver derivative, same size as the Nimble but the cabin is simpler.
Contacted the seller and can summarize the details here:
25hp outboard is in poor condition. One hatch cover missing (possible rot in ply). Boom and sheet winches not visible in photo, don't know if he has them. Sink, stove, GPS, fish finder, toilet. Pictures are three years old and taken at last haulout. Sails in good condition. No interior photos available. Needs antifouling.
AU$2000 negotiable. At the price it would be a good fixer-upper for someone who lives closer than me, it's 1650km away in Gippsland, Victoria.
Find it on Gumtree Australia.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
Seriously? AU$2K..?? Or is that a misprint and he means 20K?
Or are the pics "not current"....????
In which case condition might be a lot worse than it looks in the pics...??

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
Like I said above, photos are three years old. He didn't mention that in the ad, I had to dig it out of him, which was like getting blood from a stone.
It's really going to be a lot of work, take it from me.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
Yeah, sorry, my bad, skimmed over the 'pics three years old at last haulout".
So guessing it's not been hauled since, it's probably in a bad way. Hatch missing indicates water ingress..??
Nah, pass on this one.

Hammerhead parts
This one has been on here before. He says he's got the amas and crossmembers but no main hull. It's a project for sure. In Vancouver BC.
