Cats Being Shown at the Miami Boat Show?

I am trying to get information on the boat show">Miami boat show with respect to which catamarans will be represented. From the information I have gotten from the Miami boat show website, I can only see that Lagoon and Leopard are going to have boats there.

http://www.showmanagement.com/miami_boat_show_2010/event/manufacturers/

Is there any chance other cat manufacturers are showing? Or is there another way to find out what catamarans will be there?

Thanks

You need to look at this link. It is Strictly Sail that you are looking for vs. the general miami boat show. Browse All Exhibitors By Type Of Boat

Leopard and Lagoon? that's it? Strange, I received an email from Performance saying they would have a Gemini 105 there.

Thanks for the info. I reviewed the link and the listed exhibitors are: Hobie, Kiwiprops, Liquid Surf and Sail, Radical Cats (26' bi-plane rigged cat) Windrider (trimaran) along with the Lagoons and Leopards.

I may be missing something, but it looks to me like they are the only two cruising cats listed.

I was hoping that there would be more cursing cats at the show. Perhaps other French (Catana, Privilege, Outremer) or South African (St Francis, Voyage) or Dolphins or PDQ/Anteres or even one of the new Prouts.

I have been able to see the Lagoons and have sailed on the Leopards (will be sailing on the Leopard 46 in June and am quite anxious about that).

I have never been to the show, but thought there were more companies represented in the past.

is it possible that the other companies are listed under someone else's masthead, like The Catamaran Company, or Joe Blow's Sailboats?

One of the reasons the larger cats will not be there this year is the move from Bayside to Sea isle marina. Sea isle is located between two 65' fixed bridges. The larger cats (and monos) would be berthed at Bayside away from all the action with a shuttle to take folks that may be interested. The boat show was saying there would be less than 8 boats at Bayside, not sure but most will be monos. This will be the first time in 15 years that St Francis has missed the Miami show. Of course their production slots sold out for years in advance does not give them much incentive to attend whats shaping up to be a poorly attended show.

Well maybe we will be pleasantly surprised and see a lot more cats than they are listing on the web site. I sure hope so.
