Catamarans With Comfort and Performance

What are some makes and models of cats that have comfort and performance at a reasonable cost? Maybe around $250k. When I say comfort, I tend to mean lots of room and stability and not so much the quality of the wood veneer or the amount of bells and whistles a vessel comes with. Not so much a condo cat but a practical, dry, roomy cat that would work well for a family but still give the ability sail quickly and have good pointing characteristics. I assume dagger boards are more common in this realm than keels?

Dagger boards are very un-common on catamarans.

Mini keels are very common.

Here are a few catamaran models that would be in that $250K budget.

PDQ
Seawind 1000

Try older Catanas. I highly recommend a Maine Cat 41 but it will be more.

Voyage Yachts are quicker than most cruising cats, I would say fastest without dagger boards. No wood or veneer to deal with, also hold their value well.

Comfort and speed is most of the time each others enemies.

I would check older Catana, Outremer...Schionning if you are lucky (Used 2001 SCHIONNING LINE HONOURS Boat For Sale - boatpoint.com.au

Sailingcouple, that's a huge b-deck area. Would you show us an outside pic?
Thanks.

Paul.
The 450C was an open ended salon. The salon and rear cockpit were combined. There was no back wall although it sounds like they added something there. Everything inside was made to take some wetness now and then. It's concept is similar to the GB55.
