Catamaran Company?

EDITED: thank you for the correction; even the title of this post should read Multihull Company.

Has anybody had any experience with Phil Berman of the Multihull Company in terms of him as a Buyer Broker? Good, bad or otherwise?

Thanks!

Re: Catamaran Company?

Phil Berman is the owner of the Multihull Company. I am guessing the Cat Co is a major rival.

Re: Catamaran Company?

EDIT: This was wholly off topic given that the original question was not actually about Catamaran Company. So deleted.

Re: Catamaran Company?

Phil Berman is the Svengali of the catamaran world.

Don’t bother doing your own research over many years about catamarans, including books, mags and talking to people, just go to him and he will tell you what you need. He will even refuse you information on listings if he is of the opinion that it’s not the right boat for you.

To get the best out of Phil, demure to his superior knowledge, feeling safe that he will put your needs in front of any commercial interests.

Nah, he wouldn’t have used the word “demure.”
I hope!

Re: Catamaran Company?

He knows his stuff, was our buying broker and he and his team did a good job on a sometimes tense international transaction.
