Cat Builder in Washington state?

On last falls road trip up the west coast I saw 2, big, new, in the process of be fitted, cats hiding behind log trucks. Not being awake at the wheel, I didn't get the name of the yard or the town it was in. North of Astoria, OR, and south of the north tip of WA, on a fairly large river, is the best I can give for location. They were KEWL! Anyone know this yard?

Pedigree Cats in Raymond, WA, on Hwy 101. Yes, they build custom cats. Beautiful things, and very pricey. http://www.pedigreecats.com

You likely saw a Shuttleworth 52 that has been sitting next to their shop for the last 2 or 3 years. The original buyer put in about $800K and then walked away from it. Last year they were trying to resell it for completion at about 1.3 mill. I don't know if they succeeded, but when I last was by there 4 months ago, it didn't look any different.

ID,

The website indicates the aerorig 52 is launching next summer. Either they found a buyer or they're hoping it will sell once finished.

Thanks for the link I D.
REALLY NICE CATS ... A bit on the high price side though; 52' for $754,925, no mast rigging or sails, but if you like carbonfibre it looks like they don't use it sparingly. Too bad I didn't stop for a better look, had to catch the ferry to BC, but the drive by through the yard was worth it.
The search continues.
