I think its too small. And the submarine? Really? How can you dock that at our marina?

I ordered one of these but saved some money by just using a Yamaha 7.5 on a sail drive.

I've seen yachts with helicopters, submarines and swimming pools, but never with it's own roads. I wonder which side they drive on?
