Broker in Annapolis?

We may be putting our Lagoon 38 on the market; does anyone have a recommendation for a good broker in or around Annapolis/Baltimore?

Thanks!

We've had some casual contact -- neither buying nor selling -- with the local Knot 10 guys, and also Walczak in Annapolis. Both seem to do a lot of work on the seller's behalf. Knot 10 says their commission rate is lower than industry "standard."

Didn't seem that way to me, but then I wasn't really paying attention

I know Walczak has several sail listings, though, since I've somehow qualified to be on their e-mail traffic...

Re: Broker in Annapolis?

I bought my last boat through Bay Yacht Agency and had a very good experience with them, so I can also recommend them.

You can always list her in the CF classifieds. Just make sure to add pictures or a link to pictures and the asking price.

For catamarans, Sail Away Catamarans in Annapolis. Tommy Smith (owner) or Bill Hagy. They are 100% cats.
