Im posting more picks on hear as I dont know how to send them in a PM They are the best I have a but if you print them and take to a metal work factory with the sizes of your tinder, where you want brakets to anchor into yor boat its not hard to make it.

You can enlarge to get more detal of there workings and how it attaches

Here are a few pics. The lines leading from the end of the crane to control sideways motion are hard to see. All of this is lifted by my small wife. While I guide the boat onto the platform.

The cat at the end of the dock would make a perfect TIKI BAR.......LOLOLOL

Thanks for the pictures guys!

Very cool!

Imagine, Do you have any mechanical advantage/ block and tackle to do the lifting? That is the best way I've seen to get a dingy on board.

Just the main halyard wrapped around the winch. Eveything else is exactly what you see......SIMPLICITY.....

I like that!

Will have to do some mocking up and see how it'll work out on the "other boat."

Thanks Imagine.
