Best Time for Atlantic Crossing from France to the Central Caribbean

Hi Everyone
I recently bought a new FOUNTAINE PAJOT ATHENA 38' Cat. and can take deleavery anytime in Sept onward - Almost every Athena is delivered on her own bottom so my question is
When's the best time of year for Atlantic crossing from France to the central Caribbean as far as weather conditions go.

Being a Florida native you should know when the hurrican season is:
The hurricane season in the Atlantic Basin, which includes the North Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico, runs from June 1 to November 30 each year.

So the trick is to get to the Azores or the canaries (your choice) when the winds are in the correct direction (probably sep/oct)
and then to leave after the trades have started to blow. A good understanding of monthly wind and currents is available from Here

ARC Starts in October, I would cross with THEM if possible.

HOLD UP! WARNING! WARNING!

Planning starts in October, actual rally is in November.

October, and even early November has a chance of a late season hurricane.
