Re: Atlantic Delivery
he might have Wolfhound in tow!,not so far from his dash north last week!
she was at 34 31 65N and 051 45 30W, about 640 miles East of Bermuda on 29 june 2013,drifting east!
would coincide with his slowing down

Re: Atlantic Delivery
It would be great if Boatman got his own boat out of this delivery. What type vessel is wolfhound? Is it something he would like?

Re: Atlantic Delivery
Kinda hard to believe a delivery skipper would take an unmanned boat in tow using some one else's boat

Swan 48. Would be great if he got her. Profitable trip for Boatman and one less hazard to navigation out there.

The owner offer Rutherford a pile of money, $45,000 if memory serves me, to get it to port. I think boatman would rather have that and buy a boat that suits him better.

Re: Atlantic Delivery
There was another position report a minute ago. Have any of you folks with a computing device calculated his ground speed?

Re: Atlantic Delivery
I have him calculated to between 4-5 knots, based on 12 hours.
EDIT: 4.5 knots
110+ miles to go?
