When he takes on a delivery job, his mission is to get the boat from point A to point B without damage, with minimal reasonable cost to the owner and in a suitable time frame (but not necessarily the fastest). Interesting comments re crew , I know he says that himself. I do think its a single handler defect mentality. If I sail with crew they have to capable enough to stand watch. Else they're passengers and I don't tolerate them.
