Any crewed cat operators out there?

I'm seeking some insider/first hand information on crewed cat operations in the Caribbean; preferably from owner/operators, but would like to hear from hired crews as well. Perhaps it's be best to PM me as I'm not sure most folks are interested in this type of thread. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, but thanks in advance to those who can share in their experience.

What do you want to know? I'm relatively new to the game but I am operating a crewed cat.
