Advice re dog on board in Queensland

Hello all,
while our dog is a seasoned salty we have just had her flown in to the boat here in the Whitsundays in Queensland, Australia. While the dog is only small and is well trained to go to the toilet on the boat I am having difficulty finding information on what islands I can take her for a walk when cruising. I am aware that all the islands in the Whitsunday group are national parks and as such dogs are not allowed. No problems there. Its when I try and research what other islands I cannot take the dog on that I have problems. All my searches for such only show up National parks but not offshore islands along the Queensland coast.
I know there are a lot of people cruising with their dogs and would greatly appreciate anyone who has experienced this is who has knowledge of the same.

There was a thread before on this. Done a search and it's here.

Not sure if it answers any questions for you though.
