60 foot catamaran for £45,000???

I just thought this was interesting that the lost canoe guy from England almost bought a 60-foot catamaran for £45,000 ($91,000) suposedly to cruise around the world. A pretty good deal for a 60 foot, world cruise ready cat. I wonder what it was??
