42 Lagoon looking for Marina in Deltaville or nearby.
Hello,
I am looking for a marina on the Chesapeake that will accommodate a 2017 42 foot lagoon catamaran. Prefer with haul out capabilities.
My home is in northern va but the MD laws and DC traffic are not great for keeping a boat up in the most northern part of the bay.
Any recommendations?
Cheers!

Try Herrington Harbor North and the other marinas they own in Deale, MD. There are quite a few cats like that, and they can haul them, I believe. A little less than an hour from NOVA (me too--live in Vienna, boat in Deale for 30 years).

I don't think they will be able to haul a cat at Harrington Harbor. That being said, they have great cat slips there, and its not too far to get to a haul out facility that can accommodate.

In Deltaville try Stingray Boat Works for catamaran haul out. Try Doziers or Regent Point for a slip...there are others I am sure.

I have a 2017 Lagoon 42 also and have a list of Marina’s that i went through up to NC and problem is the +25’ beam which is a major sticking point for most travel lifts and also 70+ air draft stopping access to many that could haul.
Get me your email and i can send this to you as i cannot insert it here.

Had my boat at Yankee Point Marina for some time and it’s a nice quiet spot. Located near Lancaster Va.. Has travel lift, boat yard, free water and electricity, free internet, showers. Owners are sailboat owners, rates are affordable.

Try Dennis Point Marina - they haul Catana 47s there, very tight and only at high tide. https://dennispointcampgroundmd.com/

Thanks all, Stingray and Fishing Bay marina both have room for me. Appreciate the feed back.
