2000 Leopard 38 sailing performance?

Does anyone know about the 2000 Leopard 38 sailing performance, and how to improve by adding bowsprit, screecher, ect. This was a boat out of charter fleet. Thanks Rs

The Leopard 38 sails reasonably well for a cat of this size. The easiest way to improve the performance is to switch to folding or feathering props. This should improve the performance significantly as the boat has larger engines and props than most other 38 foot cats.
