12m Cat charter

I am looking to buy a used 12m Cat in next couple of years. 2003 or later. I need to get on a few to really find out what they are like to sail etc. Any opinions on my best way round this? I have a fair amount of sailing experience (all monohull inc day skipper for what it is worth). Happy to pay - ideally Solent or Kent coast. I did look at crew lists etc but seems impossible to filter???
