The stripe says the boat may be a Cal 25 MK II.

The captain, however, must be a C.L.O.D.

Having done some photo interpretation back in the day, I'd say its legth is in the 28-32 foot range. It for sure is not a Grampian 23 or 26. Other than that I have no idea.
