Which sailboats have an engine room or workshop, like CSY44 WalkThrough?

I've been looking for a liveaboard in the 40-45 foot range ($100k price range). I'm an engineer, so having an actual workshop space or an engine room is a feature high on my priority list.

The CSY44 Walk-Through (1980 and later) have this. The Hinckley49 has a workshop space and good engine access.

Anyone know of any others?

Brewer 44's have a nice workbench in the companionway to the aft cabin, with a large engine room as well.

Most sailboats with cabins have engines. Sailboats are just as likely to be motoring as they are sailing. It's unlikely any boat under 40-plus feet in length has an engine room versus an engine compartment.

Westsail 43, Scottish Mist, had a lovely workshop (complete with lathe and welding capability), don't know where she is now. Was a US vessel when we knew her.

Consider this: A stout plank of lumber, varnished of course, which is designed to mount solidly somewhere in the cockpit. On the plank is mounted a vice with anvil. Mine would clamp onto the aft deck.

Room to swing, saw and generally abuse parts out in the cool air. Easy cleanup. The engine room shops I have been in on large yachts were not desirable to work in. Hot and crowded.

formosa 41 has a decent engne area--isnt stand up but is easy access and one needs no intrautero trained neonatal rhesus or spider monkey to replace or repair anything.

this wasI just toured my neighbors Morgan 46 - around 1980 vintage. He head a nice workshop - complete with drill press - in the walk through from the salon to the aft cabin. This is across from the engine room whicha also has space for his 12kw genset. Really nice. He is ready to leave for trans-atlantic passage.
