whats the better boat endeavour 42 or catalina 42

looking for a liveaboard cruiser, states, Bahamas, carribean, 2 boats came up one in placida florida an endeavor 42 and a 1994 Catalina 42, what are your opinions on these boats, yeah they are both production boats they are not passports etc... as most of you don't own either so honest opinions

Assuming YOU like both boats the best one is the one in the best condition. But gEt the one you like and don’t worry about a bunch of strange strangers opinions.

Assuming that both boats are in similar condition, I'd take the Catalina 42. Sails better, faster, and Catalina has pretty good support for their older models. Endeavor is out of business, so no support.
