What type of stove?

I'm trying to outfit my Bayfield 25 for a little bit of cruising. A friend has a one burner alcohol stove he will give me, but from what I've heard there are more disadvantages to alcohol than propane ie availability, time it takes to heat, etc.

My question is this, propane, alcohol, or something else?

This subject has been beaten to death and beyond in the past. Try the search function for the links. Nothing new will be said...
