What design is this?

Does anybody have knowledge on what type boat this is or what design it is most similarly based on. It's 36 ft triple diagonal planked new caladonian kaori ketch. Her high bow is quite unique. I think she is a one off but maybe someone has more information. I'll now put some pics up.

Yes she's mine. I know she has been to America, new caladonia and Hawaii before Australia but I don't know much more. She's been here now for 25years and I've had her almost two.

Yes I live aboard and have done so for just under two years. Two years ago I was still in luang prabang Laos where i lived for three years. It is a very beautiful and peaceful village lifestyle. I rented a house for five years which I renovated and ran a guest house out of. Very casual, eight rooms in all, beautiful way of life all up. Then for a variety or reasons i had to leave and after spending some time in near by countries I returned to my home of Sydney where i was shocked and frazzled by the way of life here. High cost of everything, not a minute to spare in the day, working paying bills and all the aspects of modern living not present in Laos. Athough I had never sailed before I saw been a live aboard as a way to live outside of the crazy city. I was looking just to buy something smaller but when gwenn came to my attention for twenty-five thousand Australian dollars I stretched my then small budget to buy her. I got very luck, the old owner had inherited some money and was upgrading to a larger boat and was happy to give her away for what I believe to be much less than her real value. She has had people living aboard for the last twenty years so as been taken care of, also the old owner is a doctor of electronics so the electronic systems, although limited are in great condition and her hull is strong. Very lucky. I am paying some money for her back to the bank, getting some good offshore experience, buying all the necessaries for blue water cruising then I'm off. Along the way I'll be looking for a piece of land somewhere nice where i can base myself when ever I'm not traveling on gwenn.

What is the HIN Hull identification number. They often have a letter code giving the yard or builder some identification.

It didn't have one when I bought her. I have to get it done. The hin I mean.

When I saw your boat I immediatly thought of a larger version of a Herreshoff H-28 with an inboard rudder so it might be a Herreshoff design. Here's one.
