Westerbeke 21

Our new boat has a Westerbeke 21 in it that I'm getting ready to go through to make sure everything is good to go and I had a few questions.

Can anyone tell me what the rated RPM is for this engine? Currently she only makes it up to about 2400 rpms, which seems very low to me. I haven't had a chance to check the throttle linkage to see if it is adjusted properly, but that'll be one of the first things I do. Any other suggestions are welcome.

She also runs a little warm, so we're going to replace the impeller and coolant, and take the heat exchanger apart to make sure it's nice and clean. If she still runs warm after that I'll pull the thermostat and make sure it is operating properly. If anyone knows of anything else (especially specific to this engine), feel free to chime in.

The engine (original) is in a 1984 Aloha 32 and has a little over 3k hours.
