Yal have heard my story, thanks for the guidance and advice. As of today I am the proud owner of a 1980 O'Day 28. Needs a little cosmetic elbow grease, but nothing a few days work shouldn't take care of. Only thing she needs is a part from Edson for the Helm (adjuster Idler) Adjustable Idlers : Edson Marine Store

Other than that a real gym with pretty new sails.

Thanks everyone for the advise, not just deciding what to name her. Remember I'm a 26 year old Vet using this for therapy so anything that goes hand and hand with that as a name would mean wonders.

Think I got a name picked out....wanted to honor some Army Buddies of mine that are no longer with us, so I decided to name her Gordania which is scottish (I'm half scottish on my fathers side) for Heroic.

I'm looking forward to fixing her up!
