Wanting to hire yacht for new zealand summer

YACHT OWNERS
of 35-60ft sailing yachts:

SuperYacht Couple looking to cruise North Island NZ
After several years as First Mate and Stewardess in the Super Yacht industry we are looking to spend our next period of time off exploring some of the North Island NZ for a period of 1-3 months. We want to begin around December 2014. A yacht delivery is also something we would be interested in.

As we are not in a position to buy a yacht ourselves (there are enough sitting in expensive marina berths already) we are looking for someone who already owns a yacht and is interested in utilizing it this summer. Are you interested in getting it out of the marina, making some money from it, and having it detailed to luxury yacht standards? We are happy to improve the boats condition as we are trained and experienced in this area through our current careers.

Our ideal cruising area would be around the eastern part of the North Island.
Coromandal, The Hauraki Gulf, Great Barrier and quite possibly the Bay of Islands would be our desired locations. We would be looking to hire/lease a boat for 1-3 months before having to head back to work. It would be an advantage picking a boat up from around those destinations, but could easily relocate the vessel from afar.

A bit about us:
Tai has been at sea since he was 16. He is currently aboard a commercial 40 meter Super Yacht working as Chief Mate based up in the cold Norwegian fjords. Tai is looking to work his way up the yachting ladder, (currently part time studying for New Zealand offshore master ticket) and aims to eventually become Captain of a vessel over 100m. He believes this experience will benefit him on all levels; Not only is boating and the ocean his greatest passion, but this experience will also propel him in his maritime career. He is competent in all areas of boating with broad knowledge in navigation, boat handling, and safety. He is a die-hard freediver, and enjoys all watersports alike. Tai is a skilled detailer, with expertise in painting/varnishing/polishing. We are passionate about improving a yachts interior and exterior aesthetics and mechanical functionality during our journey. Naomi now works as 2nd Stewardess with Tai in Norway. We met working on a Pacific based super yacht , Naomi working under Tai as Deckhand/Stewardess.

Relocating or delivering a vessel for someone could defiantly be an option and open for discussion. We would be happy to talk to you if you are at all interested.
Please contact me if you have any questions, ideas or propositions, as we are excited to discuss all possibilities.
