Under 250k, Swim, Inline Queen- Help Needed

So I had a contract on a boat that fell through last year after months of work and took a break from sailboat hunting for a while. Back at it and looking for the next boat. I am looking under 250k, two of us onboard plus 45 pound dog, will be living at marina for part of the year in Florida and cruising the rest. Would like swim platform for dog to get aboard easier and better able to enjoy water activities. Like having an inline queen in the back and we will both be working on our laptops on the boat full-time and so need comfort down below. Also would prefer under 6' draft for Florida and Bahamas and under 65' mast height. Have not considered cats because harder to find marina slips and much more expensive for slip cost, she needs access to supplies and to be able to meet up with clients so not realistic to anchor out all the time. Would like good sailing performance so we can enjoy taking her out for the day and nice weekend trips as well, don't want to be motor-sailing all the time. I'm concerned about what I've read regarding teak deck maintenance in Florida and the islands and the extra expense and maintenance involved considering the boats in this range would be older. She wants a very solid boat with a nice interior. The boats that seem to fit the bill I've found are Hylas 46, Tayana 48 (nice separate aft shower) and Brewer 44. Anyone has suggestions on others that I could add to the short list and research? Much appreciated!

I'd suggest a Macintosh 47 like ours, but they rarely hit the market.
