Talk to me about the CT38 (Warwick design)

There's one for sale near me and below my budget (this never happens to me). I think they are sexy boats and look quite a bit like a Swan but I also remember seeing an old Kia years ago that had a front end like a Mercedes. Lol.

Anyway I'm sold on the look but how do they sail? Is the build quality as sketchy on these as some of the earlier "leaky teaky" types?

These boats perform well in our club racing and as she has a GRP hull there is no reason to believe she would be any leakier than any other glass boat of this age. There is a lot of teak on the outside that the agent ensures is in good condition but teak of this age will require replacing sooner rather than later if it is original. Make sure you get a reliable survey before committing to buy.
